1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive organization of events (in particular: meetings of the monitoring committee, conferences, workshops, meetings) for the needs of the coordination of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Resting (KPO) in Warsaw in stationary form, or in the form of online or in hybrid form. Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex 1 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract (planned provisions of the contract - Annex 2 to SWZ), it will constitute an attachment to the contract.
214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act.
3. The Ordering Party does not provide for a vision by the Contractor local.
4. The Ordering Party does not require a bid bond.
5. The Ordering Party does not require providing security for the proper performance of the contract.
6. The contracting authority reserves that he may first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor.
7. Full description of the procedure, including the description and the form of documents submitted in the procedure is in the specification of the terms of the contract.
8. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order by December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extending until March 31, 2027 (in accordance with the provisions of the provisions of the contract).
