Description:
1 Subject of the fall is to show comprehensive selecting of the whole day of patients at the Institute of Gruelica and Chorb PUC in Warsaw 01-138, ul. Pocka 26.2 Clearing the lives includes: 2.1 Preparation (production) of the Powers in the quantities of the Ordering Employer, taking into account dietary recommendations; 2.2 ready -made supplies, properly portioned pens: a) warm meals and drinks in thermoses adapted for storage and transporting of the thermoses (GN and thermoporta containers); b) cold meals in collective packaging (plastic containers for WDLs and vegetables and plastic baskets for bread); 2.3 distribution Powers for ward cooks along with the unpacking of the thermocounts and insertion of GN containers into the bemaric ward in the branch; 2.4 reflection, washing and disinfection of containers, containers GN, thermoports and rising for transport; 2.5 reflection (2 times a day after navigating and after dinner) and disposal of waste POSSUM.
