Description: 1. The subject of the contract is to determine the conditions for granting and fulfilling orders for the provision of comprehensive services in the field of providing human resources from the IT industry by providing specialists (hereinafter referred to as consultants) meeting the requirements and having the competences and experience specified in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 1a and 1b to SWZ.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will provide:
1) provision of services by consultants for and under the supervision of the Ordering Party,
2) all settlements, including HR and payroll support for consultants,
3) Supervision over the implementation of the executive agreement to the extent necessary to ensure the continuity of the provision of services by consultants.
