Provision of comprehensive services as part of the organization of events for the Ministry
Of the Republic of Poland or abroad
Subject the order is to provide comprehensive services as part of the organization of events
for the benefit of MKIŚ, in the territory of the Republic of Poland or abroad, including
in particular:
1) booking and rental of conference rooms;
2) arrangement and ensuring equipment of conference rooms;
3) assurance meals for event participants;
4) ensuring accommodation for event participants;
5) Organization of meetings in stationary conferences mode, internet or hybrid,
Streaming service;
6) ensuring passenger and delivery transport;
7) Security of the event of formal and legal, fire-fighting pages and
safety of event participants and order during the event (protection
people);
8) ensuring the service of the order, including the designation of a person/persons for comprehensive service
Orders of the event in terms of its correct course from the moment of acceptance
Orders until its completion for the correct implementation of the order;
hostess, hostess, guide, etc.
