Description:
1. The subject of the contract is to maintain the technical efficiency of installations and devices, perform technical inspections, maintenance and repair failures of installations, systems and electrical devices, high-voltage, water and sewage, air conditioning, ventilation and providing emergency services.and technical services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the entire duration of the contract at the facility of the PKP Krakow Głowny railway station (hereinafter referred to as: the Subject of the Order).
2. Description of the subject of the contract, hereinafter referred to as: "OPZ", constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor is obliged to complete the Prsubject of the contract on the terms and conditions specified in the Agreement Template, constituting Appendix 10 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as the "Specimen Agreement" and in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
