Description:
1. The subject of this order is the performance of two computed tomographs for the provincial hospital Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Łomża, as described by the subject of the contract contained in Annex 4 to SWZ.
2. The terms regarding the performance of the order have beenSpecified in the template of the contract constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
3. The order is divided into two parts, called packages. The Employer allows for partial offers. A partial offer is adopted for the package. The contractor may submit an offer for one or two packages.
