Description of the subject of the contract
The subject of the contract includes the provision of permanent legal service of the following projects implemented under the European Funds program for Podkarpacie 2021-2027-reconstruction and extension DW 878, 877, 835:
1) Project No. 1 "Reconstruction and expansion of voivodship road No. 878 on the section Tyczyn - Dylągowka "
2) Project No. 2 "Reconstruction and expansion of provincial road No. 877 on the section Dylągowka - Szklary"
3) Project No. 3 "Expansion and construction of DW 835 on the Szklary - Dynow section"
The legal service of the Ordering Party will be provided in the field of legal advice [2], preparation analyzes, opinions and expert opinions, giving opinions on documents, letters and contracts, as well as legal representation before courts, administration bodies and other institutions (based on the power of attorney at that time).
