Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of construction, modification, development and maintenance of IT systems of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy supporting the implementation of programs co -financed from EU funds.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract (SOPZ) is included in the attachmentNo. 1 to SWZ. After the conclusion of the contract (the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement constitute Annex 2 to SWZ) it will constitute an attachment to the contract.
2. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the contract referred to in art. 214 para. 1 points 7 and 8 of the Act.
3. Orderingdoes not provide for the contractor to conduct a local vision, while it provides for the possibility for the Contractor to check the documents necessary to perform the order at the ordering party, referred to in art. 131 para. 2 point 2 of the Act - understood as access to system documentation (hereinafter:familiarizing yourself with the documentation of the systems). System documentation will be made available on the principles described in Chapter 3 point 3.6 SWZ.
4. The contracting authority requires a bid bond. 5. The contracting authority requires the payment of
security for the proper performance of the contract. 6. The contracting authority reserves that he may firstResearch and assessment of offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor.
