Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the construction service of investor supervision and investment management management: "Construction of Lwowek gas compressor. Stage I".
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract includes Annexes 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract and Annexes No. 2 to SWZ - template Contracts.
3. Due to the specificity of the subject of the contract, part of the documentation of the procedure contains classified information under the meaning of "Guidelines on the protection of information in procedures for the awarding of contracts in the company of the Gaza-System Gazai Transmission Operator ARE."
Provision of documentation of procedure containing protection will be provided only to those contractors who have submitted a confidentiality statement for these proceedings, in accordance with the provisions contained in the SWZ.
