Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the provision of consumables on linear power facilities PSE S.A. In the area of ZKO in Radom in 2026-2028, in accordance with the scope specified in Part II SWZ.
2) detailed determination of the subject of the contract is in part II of SWZ and parts IV SWZ.
101 para. 4 of the Act, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described in SWZ by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in art. 1 point 2 and para. 3 of the Act, if they allow you to obtain features or Parameters no worse than cited.
101 para. 5 of the Act, the contractor, who cites equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to prove in the offer that the proposed solutions equally meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject Orders, in particular by means of the means of evidence referred to in art. 104-107 of the Act.
5) The contracting authority requires the contractor to indicate in the offer, part of the contract, the performance of which intends to entrust to subcontractors and providing subcontractors by the contractor if they are already known.
