Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is: 1) launching and providing the information hotline service on the terms and to the extent specified in the OPZ and in the offer, 2) providing appropriate resources (staff, technical and hardware infrastructure, software) and necessarydevices (including Positions) to run an information hotline in a way that ensures Customers: - telephone connection with the Consultant and obtaining information while maintaining the quality of the service, determined on the basis of the indicators specified in Appendix No. 6 to this Agreement, - possibility of correspondence with the Customerem via e-mail, maintaining the quality of the service, determined on the basis of the indicators specified in Appendix No. 6 to this Agreement, 3) handling of voice calls and incoming messages by e-mail for min. 10 Consultants at a time,, 4) registering all notifications in the System along withan indication of the type of question,, 5) providing a telephone number dedicated exclusively to Customers within the scope of national numbering available throughout the duration of the Agreement, provided that this number will not be a special number (additionally payable) or generating additional costs for the Principal...
