Description:
1.1. The subject of the contract is the engineer's provision of a contract of comprehensive services consisting in the behavior and in favor of the contracting authority of the contract engineer in the implementation of the investment under the name "Construction of a cogeneration block at 7 Żelazna Street in Radom".
1.2. Investment rely It will be on a comprehensive block construction by the general contractor of the block in the "turnkey" formula, i.e. demolition of existing at the construction site of building facilities, obtaining administrative decisions, design, delivery of devices and equipment, construction and assembly of a complete block, Conducting the start, all tests and attempts to check the correctness of the operation of all installations, transferring to the block to operate until the date of final acceptance, along with a set of executive and as -built documentation, DTR, operating instructions and obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party administrative decisions necessary to operate the block, i.e. integrated permit, water law permit, greenhouse gas emission permission (if concerned) and the development of the necessary documentation together with a request to change the license or development owned by the Employer necessary documentation along with a request to obtain new licenses. The general description of the investment was included in point 10 of Annex 1 to the contract "Scope of Services of the Contract Engineer".
