- 1.1. The subject of the contract is the engineer's provision of a contract of comprehensive services consisting of performing on behalf of and to the contracting authority of the function of a contract engineer in the implementation of the investment under the name "Construction of a cogeneration block at 7 Żelazna Street in Radom". 1.2. Investment will consist of a comprehensive block construction by the general contractor of the block in the "turnkey" formula, i.e. demolition of existing buildings at the construction site, obtaining administrative decisions, design, delivery of devices and equipment, construction and assembly of a complete block, conducting start, all tests and attempts to check the correctness of the work of all installations, transferring the block to operating until the date of final receipt, together with a set of executive and as -as -to -emergency documentation, DTR, operating instructions, and obtaining on behalf of the ordering decision administrative necessary for the operation of the block, i.e. integrated permit, water law permit, greenhouse gas emission permit (if concerned) and the development of the necessary documentation together with a request to change the concessions or to develop the necessary ...
