Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor of printing, copying and scanning services on the devices of the Contractor and the Ordering Party, together with service support for KRUS Regional Branch in Kielce and its subordinate Field Branches. , 2. Service within its scopeincludes ensuring the possibility of printing, copying and scanning documents and maintaining the following printing devices in constant readiness for operation: 1) owned by the Ordering Party, the list of used printing devices and their location constitutes Annex No. 6 to the contract; 2) delivered, installedprepared and configured by the Contractor for the Ordering Party's use (leased devices) in the amount of 40 pieces (including 9 color printing devices with the possibility of separately counting the copies printed in color and monochrome, and 31 monochrome devices) - Annex No. 7 to the contract, hasincluding the functions of network printing, copying, scanning (to: e-mail, SMB and FTP files, locally) and user identification., 3.
