Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the successive provision of service services in domestic and foreign trading in favor of scientific and academic computer- the National Research Institute, hereinafter referred to as "NASK-PIB", in accordance with Annex No. 1 to SWZ-SOPZ and the offer together with the provision of the price in the pricenecessary packaging (dedicated to courier up to 1 kg), hereinafter referred to as "courier services" or "service" or "subject of the order".price in the spreadsheet in Excel, constituting the number 2a to SWZ. The numbers indicated there are estimated data on the basis of the current number of postal and courier parcels, which are not sent by the Ordering Party and do not constitute an obligation to the ordering party to the above quantityshipments within the date of the contract. Real -tone can be greater or smaller for each position. The contracting authority apparates the use of 25 % from gross remuneration specified in § 8 para. 1 Seller No. 4 to the SWZ-CONTRACT, hereinafter referred to as the "contract" as part of the Post-Ordinance. 3.Description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ-SOPZ, hereinafter referred to as "SOPZ".
