The subject of the order are development, maintenance and technical assistance services for the waste management system and liquid impurities from the Miasto Łodź commune, including for financial settlements between the city and the property owners and the quality monitoring of the contract implementation quality concluded with operators, provided for a period of 24 months.
The subject of the contract includes additional works carried out as the right of options, commissioned by the Employer of a maximum of 10,000 -hours.

in the pattern contracts in Annex 7 to SWZ
The grounds for exclusion and the conditions for participation in the proceedings are in the documentation of the procedure.
Deadline of the contract: from the date of the contract (but not earlier than from 01.01.2026) to 31.12.2027.
