Description:
1 The child's development and his deficits will be assessed. The diagnosis will indicate a potential necessary for their correcting and continuing to do. 2. As part of the task, the Contractor will be able to show 36 hours of a service consisting in conducting a comprehensive diagnosis of the picked up in accordance with the indications resulting from the field of open -developmental diagnosis for 9 pupils of the fasteners of family replacement care from the Kolski poviat. 3. As part of the diagnosis, the Contractor: 1) conducts an interview with the child's carers and the child to recognize the needs and occurring. The interview includes conversations about the child's educational environment and his functioning in it; 2) familiarize himself with the opinions of other specialists; conducts direct observation of preserving the child in the office; 3) conducts the necessary and in accordance with the current rules regarding their examination; 4) discusses the results of the child's carers and in the event of needs with children; 5) the diagnosis is drawn up.
