Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: employee services consisting in the commissioning of employees by the Contractor to perform tasks related to the implementation of employee services for MZUK
Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the draft contract.
Detailed descriptionthe subject of the order and the scope of the Contractor's obligations as well as the principles of cooperation and mutual settlements between the Contractor and the Ordering Party are included in the draft contract constituting an appendix to the SWZ.
