- 1) The subject of the contract is the provision of an expert service in the scope of functional assessment. The main goals of the project are:
a) implementation of organizational changes in public psychological and pedagogical counseling centers, including specialist (hereinafter referred to as: PPP), in the voivodship covered by the subjectOrders,
b) Supplementing resources in the field of PPP equipment, necessary to achieve the abovementioned purpose.
2) The scope of the order includes the provision of expert services in the number:
a) Part A: Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, 360 hours, on average 10 hours/month/month
b) Part B: Lubelskie Voivodeship, 180 hours, average5 hours/month
c) Part c: Lubuskie Voivodeship, 180 hours, average 5 hours/month
d) Part D: ΕodΕΊ Voivodeship, 360 hours, on average 10 hours/month/m-c
