in accordance with art. 257 of the PZP Act. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the public procurement procedure, if the funds that the Employer intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract, were not granted to him.
Nabased on art. 256 of the PZP Act. The Employer may annul the contract award procedure, respectively before the deadline for submitting bids, if there have been circumstances causing that further conduct of the procedure is unjustified.
The order must be completed in accordance with the requirementsspecified in this SWZ, OPZ and PPU and other documentation of the procedure.
