Description:
The subject of the contract is: "Provision of financial intermediation services consisting in providing support in the form of the financial product "Innovative Loan 3 Tasks", including in particular:
- analysis of documentation conditioning the possibility of granting a Unitary Loan, including qualifyingcapacity of Support Recipients, while the credit risk related to granting Unit Loans is borne by the Contractor, taking into account the conditions set out in Appendix No. 2 to the ToR,
- ongoing monitoring of Loan Agreements,
- periodic transfer of data and information regarding the Portfolio to the Employer,
- mmonitoring, including control of the use of support by the Support Recipients,
- carrying out debt collection activities.
The purpose of the above-mentioned activities of the Contractor is to build the Portfolio in accordance with
the following requirements:
- For task 1 - PLN 5,000,000.00 in accordance with Appendix No. 5A
- For task 2 - 10,000,000,PLN 00 in accordance with Appendix 5B
-For task 3 - PLN 15,000,000.00 in accordance with Appendix 5C
