in Warsaw, in accordance with the technical requirements and functionalities formulated in Annex No. 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (called
hereinafter referred to as "PPU") - Description of the subject of the order "Technical requirements and functionality of the subject of the order".
2. A detailed Description of the Subject of the Order, together with the terms of service provision, is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU.
3. Other terms and conditions regarding the execution of the order were specified in the PPU constituting Annex No. H to the SWZ.
