- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of September 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and timber skidding,
arable meadow management, hunting management, nursery management, tourist development, seed production and selection, and maintenance of forest roads, fire access roads and water drainage facilities to be constructed in the Podanin Forest District in 2026 and 2027.

The subject of the order are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, meadow and agricultural management, hunting management, tourist and maintenance of forest roads, fire access roads and water and drainage facilities to be constructed in the Podanin Forest District in 2026 - 2027 in the forests of Smogulec, Jaktorowko, Lipiny, Piłka and in the hunting district No. 51 constituting OHZ LP. The Ordering Party anticipates possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7) PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract.
