- The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 - "Forest Act"), covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and wood skidding and nursery management to be carried out in the Zielona Gora Forest District in 2026.
PACKAGE 1/26 - Harvesting in the forestry areas of: ΕΔΕΌyce, Przylep, Zagorze.
The subject of the order are forest management services, including works in the field of forest breeding and protection fire protection, timber harvesting and skidding, to be performed in the Zielona Gora Forest District in 2026. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7) PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. Material scope of services constituting the subject of the orders referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this order.

PACKAGE 3/26 - Harvesting in the forests: Wilkanowo, BuchaΕow, Ochla, Εwidnica.
