Description:
The scope of the subject of the contract (for the purposes of the description of the subject of the contract below, the definitions contained in § 1 of the planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ) are assumed:
1) the provision of a catering service at the request of the contracting authority for travelers on PKP Intercity traveys,using gastronomic infrastructure in the EIP, EIC, EC, IC and TLK PKP intercity trains indicated by the Employer (except for these PKP Intercity category IC trains and the TLK category, in which there is no gastronomic wagon or a gastronomic place)running as part of the timetable.
2) provision of services on behalf of the Employer in the field of preparation and issuing refreshments of travelers taking the travel on the EIP, EIC and EC PKP intercity trains indicated by the Employer, EIC and EC running as part of the timetable,
3) benefitservices in the field of preparation and issuing meals of traveling in the first grade in the EIP category trains and in the convenience zone on PKP Intercity EIC trains, running as part of the timetable.
4) providing services in the field of preparation and issuing of emergency mealsand promotional meals in the EIP, EIC, EC, IC and TLK PKP Intercity trains indicated by the EmployerTrains ...
