- The subject of the concession agreement is the provision of gastronomic services at Tauron Arena Krakow for people visiting the facility (including in the external area belonging to Tauron Arena Krakow). In addition, the scope of the concession agreement will include the provision of catering services for the Employer and the rental of specifiedrooms in the facility, necessary to provide services. The contractor's remuneration will be the right to perform services being the subject of the contract, and in the case of gastronomic services for the Employer - the payment of the Ordering Party for the services rendered. The contractor will be obliged to payThe ordering rental rent for rooms occupied in Tauron Arena Krakow and commission on sales in Tauron Arena Krakow. The Contractor will be granted exclusive to the provision of gastronomic services in Tauron Arena Krakow, subject to the exceptions described in the contract.
A detailed description of the subject of the concession contract is included in Annex 1 to the description of the procedure - a description of the subject of the concession contract. Description of the subject of the concession agreement may change in the course of the proceedings, in particular in the course of negotiations with the contractors.
