- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of hardware and transport services in active action - with winter maintenance of provincial roads in the winter season 2025/2026 in the provincial road region in Staszow, broken down into 5 partial tasks, using relief materials and funds chemical (salt), at the disposal of the Ordering Party (stored in a given road circuit or material base), using equipment lent by the contracting authority, own equipment of the Contractor, Contractor's transport carrier and the performance of services related to the emergency cleaning of the streets (roadway), paths and pavements within the competence of the road administrator, bridge facilities along voivodship roads.
The order includes the following partial tasks:
Task No. 1 - Road District Staszow - Topic p. 1 to p. 8;
Task No. 2 - Road circuit Nowa Słupia - topic N.1 to N.7;
Task No. 3 - Road circuit Ćmielow - subject C.1 to C.7;
Task No. 4 - Road circuit tempuaczow - topic T.1 to T.7;
Task No. 5 - Provision of services at winter maintenance of DW No. 744 - topic k.1 to p. 5.
2. The detailed scope of the order and the method of its implementation and the method of payment contain detailed specifications Technical (SST) for hardware and transport services and eatery cleaning, OPZ, values and a contract template, constituting Annex 10 to SWZ and Annex 6 to SWZ, respectively.
