Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of healthcare services in the field of occupational medicine for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łodź, subordinate units and cells
organizational based in the city of Łodź.

3. On the basis of art. 257 points 1 of the PPA, the Employer reserves the right to annul the proceedings.
4. The Purchaser does not provide for orders pursuant to art. 214 para. 1 POP.
5. The Ordering Party does not carry out preliminary market consultations.
6. The contractor remains bound by the offer until 17.09.2025.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of healthcare services in the field of occupational medicine for the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łodź, subordinate units and organizational units based in the city of Łodź.
2. Services will be implemented successively during the duration of the contract.
3. Cereted in Annex 2 to SWZ - the price of services were accepted by the Employer, in order to calculate by Contractor of the offer price.
