Description:
1.1 As part of health services, diagnostic and preventive activities will be carried out, i.e.: - physical revalidation, group classes and individual classes carried out at the place of residence of project participants to the extent consistent with IPUS.1.2. The Ordering Party provides support within individual and group classes, tailored to the needs of project participants, in order to provide the best possible preventive support. Classes will be carried out in accordance with the agreed schedule, ensuring regularity and continuous support.1.3.The scope of services includes conducting an initial diagnosis with each project participant, determining the types of activities based on individual needs and expectations, and carrying them out at home.
