Part I: the provision of hotel services in apartment-type facilities, in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements, is to take place in apartment-type facilities that meet the following requirements: 1) Area: minimum 25 m 2) Distance calculated according to Google maps: on foot max. 1500 m from the Main Theater Building (pl. w. Ducha 1)3) Bedroom with a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and toilet (a separate room in the apartment), with access to daylight / opening window preferred4) equipmenta) TV b) Wi-Fi c) Bedding d) Towels e) Refrigerator f) Kitchenette with equipment (dishes, pieces)g) Electric kettle h) Coffee/tea making set i) Desk, chair) Washing machine, dryer k) Possibility of adding an extra bed for a second person l) Ensuring cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen at least once a year week
