- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of internet services, in the form of a lease of teletransmission devices and launching telecommunications nodes access in the location in the headquarters of the Ordering Party and teletransmission devices in all specified in Annex 2 locations (Annex 1 SWZ - description of the subject of the contract). All teletransmission devices must be delivered, installed, configured and launched by the Contractor and remain the property of the Contractor during the provision of services and after their completion.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, Contains Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and Annex 5 to SWZ - draft contract.
3. The Purchaser provides for the possibility of awarding a contract consisting in repetition of similar services up to 10 % of the value of the basic contract (Article 214 (1) (7) of the Public Procurement Law). Orders will consist in launching internet connections in the indicated locations of the contracting authority (including the contracting authority reserves the right to transfer the link or change their parameters).
