Description:
Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1) The scope of supervised works includes: - construction site facilities and construction site, - securing the area and adjacent buildings (if necessary) against demolition works, - securing buildings and connection installations and safely disconnecting them from the external network- disassembly of the existing equipment, - recycling, e.g. metal, plastic, glass elements, etc., - demolition of inactive underground installations and networks, in conflict with the newly planned development, - appropriate protection of greenery planned to be left effectively securitypreventing its damage during construction works; - execution of bypasses for active installations whose location is in conflict with the newly planned investment; - tidying up the area covered by the works and the impact of the works;in accordance with the BIOZ plan, - execution of media connections for construction purposes, - geodetic marking out of buildings and technical infrastructure, in accordance with the Building Permit decision obtained by the Contractor on behalf of the Employer; - execution of geotechnical and engineering works and underground underground works. .
