- 1. The subject of the contract is the successive performance of laundry services together with the lease of flat and bedding underwear, cut clothing, bags for transporting dirt and contaminated underwear and the implementation of the RFID UHF system or equivalent to the independent provincial team of public plants Psychiatric Health Care in Warsaw at ul. Nowowiejska 27, 00-665 Warsaw.
2. The order of the contract has been divided into 2 parts:
a) Part 1 - applies to the implementation of the above services for the branches of the Nowowiejski Hospital located in Warsaw,
b) Part 2 - applies to the implementation of the above service for a psychiatric care and treatment institution in Rasztow;
3. The applicant allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for any part or part of the order.
4. Detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract have been determined
in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting respectively Annex 11 and 12 to SWZ and the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 8a and 8b to SWZ.
