Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of legal advisory services in road projects, implemented in the corridors of the A1, A2 and A4 motorways.
The contractor will include:
a) The current support of the Ordering Party in contract relationships with highways concessionaires in the A1 corridor, A2 and A4 (among others: preparation of negotiating positions, participation in negotiations regarding changes to concession contracts).
b) Legal consultancy in the implementation of road investments.
c) legal assessment of the materials transferred by the Employer and representatives of other entities indicated by The Ordering Party, in particular other public administration bodies and other external advisers of the Employer, with particular emphasis on the need to reduce risk and threats to the Employer,
d) participation in the preparation or evaluation of loan agreements, obligation security contracts financial, settlement agreements in the event of invalidity of direct contracts between the State Treasury, companies and financing entities,
e) legal advice when negotiating contracts and arrangements of the content of documents related to road projects,
f) preparing written legal opinions in the scope related to the implementation of road projects,
g) legal advice when conducting proceedings based on international agreements on supporting and mutual protection of investment,
h) Preparation of projects for changes to construction contracts, construction and operation or only the operation of the highway,
