Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of legal services for the Marshal's Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (UMWP). Legal service should be provided within the meaning and on the basis of the provisions of the Act of July 6, 1982. on legal advisers and the Act of 26 May 1982. Law on an advocate to protect the interests of the Pomeranian Voivodeship. The order has been divided into 2 parts. The Contractor may submit an offer for any/not part/part of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ and the contract template, which is Annex 4 to SWZ. The Employer will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest rated, in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure.
