• 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of long -term rental services of 170 passenger cars with the service.
  2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
  Annex 1A to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract for part 1;
  Annex 1B to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract forPart 2;
  Annex 1C to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract for Part 3;
  Annex 1D to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract for Part 4;
  Annex No. 1E to SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract for Part 5;
  
  and Annex No. 2.1. to 2.3. to SWZ - constituting contract templates divided into:
  2.1.- template of the lease agreement with the service.
  2.2. - template of the lease agreement;
  2.3. - template of the service agreement.
  3. After selecting the most advantageous offer, the Contractor will be obliged to choose a lease agreement together with the service or separately the lease and service agreement.
  4. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduceThe number of vehicles lease to the minimum amount indicated in the specification of the terms of the contract. The Employer will notify the Contractor about the above, whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous before the conclusion of the contract.
