Description:
1. Order name-provision of maintenance services and the development of the PROG-SYS system.
2. The tender procedure is aimed at providing the provision of maintenance, support and development of the PROG-SYS ICT system within 36 months from the date of the contract. The concluded contract will enableAcquiring services aimed at ensuring uninterrupted operation and further development of the Prok-Sys system, constant maintenance and regular updates of individual application components. Maintenance services will include regular system monitoring, maintenance and response to any failuresand technical problems and conducting security and performance audits.
3. A detailed scope of the subject of the contract is set out in the contract template - Annex 2 to SWZ and description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ (Annex 1 to the contract template) together with attachments.
4. Description of the subject of the contract- Annex 1 to SWZ (Annex 1 to the contract template) together with all attachments and a template of the contract (Annex 2 to SWZ)
with attachments, are confidential, therefore - in accordance with art. 133 para. 3 of the PZP Act - the Ordering Party does not provide the above documents on the websiteconducted proceedings, i.e. on the platform available at https://ezamowania.gov.pl in the tab: Advertisements and documents of proceedings created in the system.
