Description:
1. Order name-provision of maintenance services and the development of the PROG-SYS system.
2. The tender procedure in question is to provide the benefit Maintenance, support and development of the PROD-SYS ICT system within 36 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. Concluded contract enable Acquiring services aimed at ensuring uninterrupted operation and further development of the Prok-Sys system, constant maintenance and regular updates of individual application components. Maintenance services will include regular system monitoring, maintenance and response to any failures and technical problems and conducting security and performance audits.
3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the contract template - Annex 2 to SWZ and description of the subject of the contract - Annex 1 to SWZ (Annex 1 to the contract template) together with attachments.
