Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services of the e-delivery platform. 2. The implementation of the subject of the contract will include:
2.1. Providing the maintenance services of the e-delivery platform, including:
2.1.1. providing IT resources in the cloud of computing together with the administration of services for all e-services of the e-order platform.
Providing service and administration service with the platform's application and system layer.
Technical support for platform users through the channel of the application service system (SOZ) in accordance with SLA throughout the entire period of the contract.
Modification services, implemented at the request of the Ordering Party for the period of the contract of 2,000 man -hours.
Other conditions for the performance of the contract They were specified in the planned provisions of the contract (PPU) constituting Annex 2 to SWZ.
