Description:
The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services, minor repairs, overhauls and troubleshooting in the field of the electrical industry (hereinafter referred to as services) in premises and properties constituting the resources of the Bielsko-Biaa Commune managed by the Housing Management Department, the lists of which are appendices to the Specification - Annex No. 3a, part 1 of the order (area 1). Part 1 of the contract (area 1) covers real estate with a total area of approximately 124,311.10 m2. From the total area of premises managed in area 1, the Ordering Party expects to provide services for approximately 4,503.34 m2 of area. Since the services will be performed in residential and commercial premises, the Ordering Party anticipates that: 1) approximately 3,659.52 m2 will include residential premises with a VAT rate of 8%, 2) approximately 406.61 m2 will include common areas in commercial and commercial-residential buildings (with a predominance of commercial space) with the applicable VAT rate of 23%,3) approximately 437.21 m2 will include commercial premises/buildings and outdoor areas, with the applicable VAT rate of 23%.
