Description:
The subject of the Agreement includes the performance of the following activities on the Vehicles:
1) maintenance levels P2 and P3 and seasonal inspections (PS) of Vehicles of type 32WE of the EN77 series and type 40WEa of the series EN64, excluding washing, launching and defecation;
2) current and emergency repairs of Vehicles of type 32WE of the EN77 series
3)provision of warranty service for each EN77
4 series 32WE vehicle) maintaining a 24-hour information point (service telephone line) at a telephone number operated by a Polish operator in Polish, in the tariff without increased connection charges.
