Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of mechanical security for real estate managed by KZGM in Katowice on the principles set out in the planned provisions of the contract (together with attachments) constituting Annex 3 to SWZ. The order is divided into two detailed partsDescription of the subject of the contract is included in Chapter III SWZ. The contract award procedure is conducted in an open tender mode, taking into account the provisions competent for the contract for social services - art. 359-360 Public Procurement Law. Estimated value of the orderexceeds the equivalent of the amount specified in art. 359 point 1 of the Act.securing real estate managed by KZGM in Katowice on the principles set out in the planned provisions of the contract.
