Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of medical equipment servicing services for a period of 24 months with the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and a description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ and the planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 4 toSwz.

3. The appointment allows you to submit partial offers for the following tasks:
Task 1 Service to maintain able-bodied.
Task2 technical view
in accordance with the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and with a detailed description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
The Contractor may submit an offer for one or two. During the examination and evaluation of offers, the Employer will consider each task separately.
