1. The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services in the field of preventive healthcare for the organizational units of the Śląskie Voivodeship Police and the organizational units of CBŚP, CBZC and BSWP having their headquarters in the Śląskie Voivodeship, including:
Periodic and control of police officers specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of periodic and control research of police officers as amended Police specified in art. Minister of Health of December 5, 2022 on medical examinations of applicants for the right to drive vehicles and drivers (Journal of Laws of 2022 item driving vehicles, drivers and people doing work as a driver (Journal of Laws of 2022 item 165, i.e.
stermotarists;
officers performing underwater works and parachute jumpers;
