- 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services for the needs of police units of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract:
A detailed description of the subject of the contract taking into account the scope and the number of medical services provided was determined by the contracting authority In Annexes No. 1a-1F to SWZ and in the planned provisions of the contract (Annex 3 to SWZ), with the indicated amounts of an estimated nature, and the actual amount of services will depend on the actual needs of the contracting authority but not less than 50% of the value of the contract.
3. The order of the contract includes 24 -hour provision of medical services in relation to detained persons brought by officers with the proviso that they will be performed 7 days a week - 24 hours a day.
4. Placowka (object), in which medical services will be performed, must be located in:
1) the boundaries administrative city of ToruΕ or the ToruΕ poviat (task No. 1),
2) within the administrative boundaries of the city of Rypin or the Rypin poviat (task No. 2),
3) within the administrative boundaries of the city of SΔpolno KrajeΕski or the SΔpoleΕski poviat (task No. 3),
4) within the administrative boundaries the city of WΕocΕawek or the WΕocΕawek poviat (task No. 4),
5) within the administrative boundaries of the city of the world or the secular poviat (task No. 5),
6) within the administrative boundaries of the city of Tuchola or the Tuchola poviat (task No. 6).
