Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of mobile telecommunications services for a period of 36 months. A detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) can be found in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2. The Contractor is obliged to transfer all numbers used by the Ordering Party to its own network and delivery of active SIM cards (with temporary numbers - for currently used SIM cards) needed to complete the contract at least 7 business days before the indicated date of commencement of the service provision.3. In order to fulfill the above obligation, the Ordering Party authorizes the Contractor to act on his behalf to the current operator.4. The provision of services and the replacement of temporary numbers with target numbers will take place by 06:00 on December 1, 2025 until 06:00 on December 1, 20255. The subject of these proceedings, depending on the Department/Branch/Branch/Office of the Office Marszakowski Voivodeship of Lublin in Lublin and/or subordinate organizational units for which the order is being implemented, is financed in the following way: 1) for UMWL and subordinate organizational units, the order is financed from budget...
