Description:
1. The subject of the order is "PROVISION OF MUNICIPAL WASTE DISPOSAL SERVICES".
2. The Ordering Party divided the subject of the order into three Parts:
PART I: "Provision of municipal waste collection services from the complex at Szubińska 2 in Bydgoszcz."
PART II: "Provision of waste collection services municipal services from the complex at Szubińska 105 in Bydgoszcz.
PART III: "Provision of municipal waste collection services from the complex at Potockiego 14 in Bydgoszcz."
3. The contractor declares that he is familiar with the scope of the subject of the order,
including SWZ with all annexes and acknowledges them as sufficient
to implement the subject of the contract and does not submit any comments in this regard, and also states that there are no technical or legal obstacles
or other types of obstacles that prevent or impede timely completion
and fault-free performance of the subject of the contract in accordance with the content of the contract.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
5. All annexes constitute an integral part of the SWZ.
