Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance services and cleanliness of real estate managed by Bytom housing. 2. The order of the contract includes, among others Inside the buildings (in parts of joint use, i.e. staircases, basements, attics, etc.), in the external areas of real estate constituting exits from buildings, including stairs constituting exits from buildings, access to farm squares or waste collection places, squares economic or place of accumulation of municipal waste and their immediate surroundings, crossing gates / clearances / in the field of summer and winter maintenance; Inside the buildings (in parts of joint use, i.e. staircases, basements, attics, etc.), in the external areas of real estate covering stairs constituting exits from buildings, areas of courtyards, pavements, internal roads, parking spaces, all hardened places, among others constituting pedestrian communication routes, economic squares or location of municipal waste collection containers and lawns, green areas, crossing gates / clearances / in the field of summer and winter maintenance; 3.
