Description:
2.1 The subject of the contract is the provision of permanent physical protection on the property remaining in the permanent management board of the Ministry of Infrastructure, located at T. Chałubińskiego 4/6 in Warsaw.
The order is made of a basic order and a covered order option (not) provided for in accordance with art. 441 of the Act.
The subject of the basic order and the order covered by the option is the same and was described in detail in OPZ and the planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter referred to as the "PPU"), constituting, respectively, Annex 1 and 2 to SWZ.
