Provision of permanent transport services for the Kobierzyce Commune by buses of children to school and pre -school departments, established routes in the Kobierzyce commune, during the school year: 2025/2 ...
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of permanent transport services to the Kobierzyce commune Bus of children to schools and kindergarten departments, established routes in the Kobierzyce commune, during the school year: 2025/2026 and 2026/2027.
Care Students during transport will be implemented by a person provided by the school.
3. The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of transported students.
4. The contractor will provide transport services on school days, taking into account holiday breaks and other days off from classes didactic, in accordance with the organization of the school year, published by the Ministry of National Education for a given school year. The service will be provided on all days of school classes in accordance with the calendar of the 2025/2026 and 2026/2027 school year from 01/09/2025 to 30/06/2027.
5. Coach of children to schools and branches pre-school and schools as well as pre-school departments from the town of students' residence, will take place only on days carried out by educational units of didactic, educational and care tasks.
6. The resident will be implemented to the schools listed in Annex 2 to the project contracts.
